I intend to believe…
Intentions have a direct link to the subconscious mind. Feel the difference energetically?
One of my favorite intentions is: I intend to believe that EVERYTHING always works out perfectly for me.
Speaking (or thinking) this particular intention shifts me out of fear quite rapidly.

Hi Jacqui, thanks for the comment. yes amazing what one word can do when we are setting intentions. My team and I state our intentions before every meeting so that we can hold the energy of what we want to accomplish in that meeting. Try that too for you business and let me know how that goes.

I’m using your approach to change my beliefs about writing a book that will promote an aspect of my business. I know I have the knowledge and writing skills but have so many negative beliefs which shoot my goal down. I’m changing my focus. Thank you so much.

Really enjoyed the content of this video. Love that you shift comes from what is true. Feel much better than “affirmations” that one wants to be true. Great information. One piece of information for you, however, the video itself does not technically run smoothly. It took a long time and much patience to get through it because it stopped every few seconds.
